If you spot an issue with your order, please contact us immediately by phone, email or live chat. If a solution cannot be found right away, a member of our customer service team will contact you to obtain details and photos of the problem. Following this, we’ll endeavour to resolve the issue. But in the rare instance that this is not possible, we’ll give you a full refund*.

What is the price match guarantee?

Our price match guarantee at TradeDigitalPrint.ie states that we will endeavour to match or even beat a better value price quote that you have been offered by a competitor. Just save your quote from us, then email us your account number, the quote number you want us to match and the supporting price match evidence from the competitor.

I need my print products fast, do you offer next day delivery?

Yes! See below a list of the delivery options available at TradeDigitalPrint.ie:

• Economy tracked courier, delivery Monday to Friday – 48 hour delivery, anytime between 9am and 5.30pm – Free (€8.32 if order value is less than €41.25).
• Standard tracked courier, delivery Monday to Friday – Next day delivery, anytime between 9am and 5.30pm – €9.71.
• Express next day tracked courier delivery* – same day despatch and next day delivery – A minimum of €16.50 or a 50% surcharge of the total job price will be charged on express orders. Orders involving large quantities or will take longer to finish may not qualify for express delivery.
